Flawless Occasions opened in 2007 under the ownership of Beth Carrick.
After years of planning events for a non-profit organization in Orlando,
Beth relocated to Tampa and expanded her reportoire to planning weddings
as well as events.
Word of mouth caused Flawless Occasions to take off, so Beth brought on
Shawna Berger to become an assistant and planner. Shawna's experience
came mainly from being a member of the opening team and bridal consultant
at the Alfred Angelo Bridal Company Store in Tampa. The most recent
addition to the Flawless team is Christina Garatina who brings not only
planning skills but craftiness as well, as Christina is talented at
creating decor and personalized embroidery.
The Flawless Occasions ladies pride themselves on the level of service
they provide to each client. They make every client feel as though their
event is their top priority, because it is! Many clients end up becoming
close friends because of the relationship they build with their Flawless
Occasions coordinator during the planning process. Their goal is to take
the stress off of the hosts and make them feel as though they have a
friend working behind the scenes to make sure every detail goes smoothly.
There is no event too large or too small for Flawless Occasions. A
black-tie wedding with 200 guests is treated with just as much care as a
for 15 guests. Flawless Occasions believes a is important for events of all sizes and they love the experiences
gained from the variety of styles in the events they plan. All of their
planning packages are customized to the needs of the clients, whether it's
full planning for a bride who lives out of town, or just say of
coordination for someone who has planned all the details themselves but
wants to sit back and relax on their big day.
As they are nearing their fourth year of being in business, Flawless
Occasions has established themselves as among one of the top in the area. They have created close relationships with other
area vendors and venues. They have also been honored to receive several
awards voted on by the most important people - their clients. In
2009 and 2010, Flawless Occasions won the Bride's Choice Award from
WeddingWire.com, and in 2010 they also won The Best of the Knot Award from
The . 2010 was also an exciting year because it marked the
grand opening of the Flawless Occasions office in South Tampa at the Wedding Center.
